Ingredients
- •½ cup Oats (roast slightly and powdered (You may use all-purpose flour if you desire))
- •¼ cup Biscuits - Good-day or Karachi (powdered)
- •1 tbsp Butter
- •1½ tbsp Castor sugar (or to taste, or Honey to taste)
- •1 tbsp Almonds (slivered)
- •1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds -1 tablespoon
- •1 cup Apples (peeled sliced)
- •1-2 tbsp Milk
- •Cinnamon powder-a few pinches
Method
- 1Peel apples, slice thinly
- 2Mix with 2- 3 teaspoon of sugar or honey, half of the milk and cinnamon powder
- 3Grease a deep flat baking dish with little butter and place the above apple mixture in it
- 4In another mixing bowl prepare the crumble
- 5Mix the powdered oats and powdered biscuits
- 6Add the blanched slivered almonds, pumpkin seeds and castor sugar to the above mixture
- 7Mix the above ingredients well, and place the chilled butter in the centre of the mixture
