Ingredients
- •½ cup Avocado, scooped pulp
- •2 Boiled- eggs (coarsely chopped)
- •1 tbsp Spring onion (green part chopped)
- •2 tbsp Tomato, small cubes
- •2 tbsp Bell peppers,yellow, green (small cubes)
- •Chopped green chili - to taste
- •1 tsp Roasted sesame seeds
- •1 tbsp Crushed roasted peanuts
- •Salt & pepper- to taste
- •2 tsp Lemon juice
- •4-6 slices Multi grain bread (toasted, each cut into 4)
- •2 tsp Butter
Method
- 1Mix all the ingredients A in a big bowl adjust the condiments to taste and keep aside
- 2Apply a little butter(optional) on each slice of bread and toast till crisp on a tava
- 3Cut each slice into two strips
- 4Apply sufficient amount of filling on each toasted strip
- 5Garnish with rings of pickled Jalapeno or olive if desired and serve immediately.
