Ingredients

- •Beetroot- ¾ to 1 cup, peel and chop
- •*Dill leaves- 2-3 tablespoons
- •Oats flour- ½ cup
- •Besan- ½ cup (Sattu flour may be used)
- •Fine rava- ½ cup
- •Curds-2 tablespoons
- •Green chili-1
- •Ginger- ½ inch piece
- •Salt to taste
- •Oil- as needed
- •*You may use greens of your choice

- •*Paneer/ Tofu ½ cup, crumbled
- •Capsicum- ¼ cup, chopped
- •Tomato- ¼ cup, de-seeded and chopped
- •Green chili- 1-2 finely chopped
- •Chat masala- 2 teaspoons or to taste

Method
- 1A-
- 2In a blender add the chopped beetroot and grind to a pulp adding a little water and the curds
- 3Add all other ingredients-A-except the dill leaves
- 4Blend into a smooth batter, you may add a little more water to get the right consistency
- 5Pour the batter into a large bowl, mix in the salt and chopped dill leaves, keep aside till you make the filling

- 8Mix well, adjust the seasonings and keep aside
