Ingredients
- •1½ cup Paneer
- •4 tbsp Seedless black dates (finely chopped)
- •2 tbsp Walnuts or Almonds (coarsely chopped)
- •3 tsp Tooti-Frooti bits for garnish (optional)
- •1 tbsp Honey
- •8-12 Digestive Biscuit or Marie biscuit, Good-Day or Cracker
Method
- 1Gently blend all the ingredients for TOPPING- in a mixing bowl and cool for some time
- 2Spread required amount of TOPPING evenly on onto the biscuits, sprinkle some chopped cherry bits on top, chill for some time OR
- 3Sandwich the TOPPING between two biscuits, chill in the refrigerator for some time
- 4Serve immediately
Chef's Notes
This recipe has goodness of protein from Paneer whereas dates are a good source of fibre, antioxidants and phytonutrients
Walnuts add quality to this by providing immune-boosting and brain-protective omega 3 fatty acids.
