Ingredients
- •1 cup(heaped) - 250gms Curds/Greek yogurt (preferably chilled)
- •2 tbsp Skim milk powder/Whey pd
- •1 small,60gms Banana
- •2 tbsp,30gms Apple bits
- •2 tbsp,10-12gms Strawberry bits
- •1 tbsp,15gms Walnut bits
- •3 tbsp Sugar/honey/Strawberry crush
Method
- 1In a bowl beat the curds, add the skim milk powder/whey powder and blend well adding half of the honey/ strawberry crush
- 2Mix the remaining honey with fruit bits
- 3In a tall broad, glass make two layers of the fruit bits and curd mixture, leave a little curd for the top
- 4Garnish with walnut bits.
- 5Serve chilled.
