Ingredients
- •300 ml Milk (you may use Almond or Soya milk if preferred)
- •1 tbsp Skim milk powder/ Whey powder
- •150 gms Chiku (Sapota)- (peel, cut into bits)
- •1 tbsp Dates syrup* / Honey
- •2 tsp Garden-cress seeds (soaked in water for 5-7 minutes) Vanilla essence-few drops (optional)
- •*You can add 5-6 chopped black seedless dates
Method
- 1Blend all ingredients together to a smooth consistency in a blender
- 2Transfer into a broad glass or a deep bowl
- 3Serve garnished with nuts of your choice
- 4May serve chilled if desired
