Ingredients
- •1 cup Coriander leaves , wash, coarsely chop
- •1 cup Parsley , wash coarsely chop
- •1 tbsp Oregano (dried)
- •2 tbsp Onion - chopped
- •8-10 nos. Garlic cloves
- •2-3 tbsp Red vinegar
- •2-3 tbsp Lemon juice
- •1 tbsp Chili flakes
- •2 nos. Green chilies ( or to taste )
- •½ ¾ White pepper
- •½-¾ cup Olive oil
- •1 tbsp Almond, powdered
- •Salt-to-taste
Method
- 1Alternately, chop all the herbs and garlic-onion very finely and mix well adding the vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil
- 2Adjust the spice and tart/sour as per your taste
- 3Sauce can be stored in a glass container in the refrigerator for about a week
- 4Chimichuri can be used as an accompaniment or to braise
- 51/3rd of the total quantity of the sauce can be used in the above receipes
