Ingredients
- •½-¾ cup Scraped coconut
- •1 tbsp Chana dal Dalia
- •2-4 Dry Red Chiliies (preferably kashmiri & Bedgi)
- •4-5 flakes Garlic
- •¼ inch Ginger
- •1 tbsp Onion
- •½ Tamarind - lemon size or to taste or 5 gms pr to taste
- •7-8 in number Curry leaves
- •Salt-to taste
- •2 tsp Oil
- •½ tsp Rai
- •½ tsp Urad dal
- •1 Green chili
- •2-3 Curry leaves
- •Few pinches Hing
Method
- 1Grind the chana dal Dalia
- 2Add the remaining ingredients “A” and grind adding a little water
- 3Adjust the seasonings
- 4Transfer the chutney into a serving bowl
- 5Give a “Vagar” using the other ingredients "B"
- 6Serve with idlis, Dosas or other snacks
