CORNFLAKES-PUFFED RICE & SPR0UT CHEVDA CHAT-PATA•Breakfast, Brunch, Snack Ingredients
- •Cornflakes- 1 cup (breakfast cereal variety)
- •Kurmura (puffed rice)- 1 cup, roasted
- •Sweet potato- ½ cup, boiled & cubed
- •Cucumber- ¼ cup, peel cubed
- •Onion- 3 tablespoon, finely chopped (optional)
- •Grapes- ¼ cup
- •Red pomegranate seeds- ¼ cup
- •Guava- ½ cup,chopped
- •Mixed sprouts- ½ cup, parboiled
- •Roasted salted peanuts- 2-3 tablespoon
- •Roasted chana-2-3 tablespoons
- •Flaxseeds-2 teaspoons, slightly roasted

Green chili-1-2, finely chopped
•Coriander leaves-2 tablespoons, chopped•Mint leaves- 2 tablespoons, chopped•Chaat masala- to taste•Lemon- to taste•Tangy date & tamarind chutney- to tasteMethod
Slightly roast the corn flakes and mix with roasted crisp kurmura
In a large mixing bowl add the cornflakes, kurmura, sprouts and all the other ingredients except the chutney and lemon
Mix well, just before serving add desired amount of tangy chutney, chaat masala and lemon juice
Serve immediately
You may add other fruits as desired
