Ingredients
- •4 slice Multi-grain/Whole wheat bread
- •1 Boiled Egg
- •3 round slices Salami, preferably spiced, sauté a little if desired.
- •2 tsp Cheese spread (low fat), preferably of a flavor of your choice
- •1 Onion- small, sliced
- •1 Tomato, small
- •1 Boiled potato, small
- •2-3 Olives, cut into rings
- •1-2 tsp Mustard sauce
- •2-3 tsp Hot & Sweet sauce
- •Pounded pepper-to taste
- •2 tsp Butter
- •Salt-to taste
Method
- 1Heat a non-stick pan, add 1 teaspoon of butter and the sliced onions, saute for a minute., add the grated boiled egg, a little salt, pepper powder and the hot -sweet sauce
- 2Mix well taste, adjust seasonings and keep aside
- 3On the first slice apply a little butter and mustard sauce, place the salami slices over it, add few chopped olives and cover with the second slice of bread
- 4Spread the boiled egg-sauce mixture on the second slice, cover with the third slice
- 5Apply a little cheese spread on the third slice, place rings of tomato and boiled potato slices, sprinkle some salt and pepper powder on it
- 6Apply some butter and mustard sauce to the fourth slice and cover the tomato-potato layer with it
- 7Cut into triangles and serve with a glass of milk-shake
