Ingredients
- •3 cups Curd
- •1½ cup Apples, cubed
- •10 nos. Black Grapes
- •1 cup Cucumber, cubed
- •¼ cup Capsicum, chopped
- •2 Lettuce leaves, shredded
- •4 tbsp Walnuts, cut into medium bits
- •2 tbsp Raisin
- •1 stalk Celery, chopped
- •1 tsp Pounded pepper
- •½ tsp Mustard powder or paste
- •2 tbsp Honey
- •Salt- to taste
Method
- 1Place the curd in a thin mesh strainer and drain off the water
- 2In a bowl place all the cut vegetables and apples, chill for some time
- 3Transfer the hung curd to a mixing bowl, combine it with pounded pepper, mustard, salt, and honey
- 4Gently mix in the chilled vegetables, chopped celery and fruit into the curds mixture
- 5Add the walnuts and raisins, adjust seasonings
- 6Chill for some time
- 7Serve in a lettuce leaf lined bowl
- 8* Boiled cubed chicken can be added to the salad if desired
