Ingredients
- •16 Canapies (or cup shaped puris or pani puri poorie)
- •2 cups Hung curds
- •Mixed fruits (apple, grape strawberry, pomegranate, etc. do not use pineapple)
- •¼ cup Almonds or walnuts
- •2 tbsp Raisins or black currants
- •4 tsp Sugar or honey or to taste
- •½ tsp Black salt
- •1 tsp Roasted jeera powder
- •1 tsp Chat masala
- •½ tsp Crushed peppercorns
- •Few Mint leaves - coarsely chopped for garnish
Method
- 1Mix the cleaned, chopped fruit, nuts and raisinsinto the hung curds
- 2Add the sugar or honey, roasted jeera powder andchat masala,crushed pepper, black salt
- 3Adjust the flavour
- 4Put a scoop full of this filling into the canapies or puris.*
- 5Garnish with chopped mint leaves
- 6Serve immediately
- 7*You may serve in scooped tomato halves instead of the puris
