Ingredients
- •2 Bananas, Ripe, peeled
- •2 small Chickoo, peeled and chopped
- •½ cup Milk
- •2 tbsp Skim milk powder
- •2 tbsp Dates ,deseeded and roughly chopped
- •2 tbsp Walnuts
- •4-5 drops Vanilla essence
Method
- 1Add all ingredients except a few chopped nuts to the blender and make a puree
- 2Mix in the reserved chopped nuts to the puree
- 3Pour the mixture into kulfi moulds and freeze for 3 – 4 hours.
- 4Unmould the kulfis by gently rubbing the mould with napkins
- 5Serve immediately
