Ingredients
- •¼ cup Whole Green gram (soaked for 30 minutes and drain)
- •¼ cup Chana dal (soaked for 1 hour and drain)
- •½ cup Green peas
- •¼ cup Carrot,grated
- •¼ cup Onions, finely chopped
- •1 tbsp Coriander leaves,chopped
- •½ tsp Garlic, chopped
- •½ tsp Green chillies, chopped
- •½ tsp Ginger, grated
- •1 tsp Jeera powder
- •1 tbsp Oil for greasing and cooking
- •1 tsp White til
- •Salt to taste
Method
- 1Grind the soaked dals and the green peas. Mix in the chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves.
- 2Add the finely chopped onions, grated carrot, jeera powder, and salt to taste to the batter in a large mixing bowl.
- 3Heat the non stick tawa. Spread a ladle full of batter to form a pancake. Cook till light brown on both sides, drizzling a little oil on the sides
- 4Serve hot with sauce/chutney of your choice

Moong dal, Chana Dal and Peas contain good levels of fibre, protein and folate making this a healthy recipe.
