Ingredients
- •1/2 cup Raw rice
- •1/2 cup Brown rice
- •¼ cup Oats
- •½ cup Urad dal
- •¼ cup Whole green moong
- •1 ½ tsp Methi seeds
- •¾ cup Chopped spinach
- •1 inch Ginger
- •2-3 Green chilies
- •10 to 12 Curry leaves
- •½ tsp Jeera
- •Few pinches Hing
- •Oil/Ghee-for drizzling if desired
- •Salt-to taste
Method
- 1Soak rice, urad dal, green moong and methi seeds in water for 3 to 4 hours
- 2Add oats and continue soaking for 15 to 20 minutes
- 3Grind the above mixture to a smooth batter using just enough water cover and keep aside to ferment for 3 to 4 hours
- 4Make a smooth paste of spinach, ginger, greenchilies, curry leaves, jeera and hing
- 5Mix it well into the fermented dosa batter andadd salt to taste
- 6Heat a non- stick pan
- 7Pour over a ladel full of the batter evenly to adosa, dot with oil if desired

Moong dal and urad dal contain a good amount of protein (specially in combination with oats and rice).
