Ingredients
- •½ cup Wheat Flour
- •½ cup Oats flour
- •½ tsp Carom Seeds, crushed
- •1 cup Boiled Kabuli Chana
- •¼ cup Hung curd
- •1 medium Onion, thinly sliced
- •1 medium Tomato, thinly sliced
- •1 medium Cucumber, thily sliced
- •1 medium Capsicum, thinly sliced(Optional)
- •2,3 tbsp Grated Carrot
- •2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- •1 tbsp Mint leaves
- •½ tsp Finely chopped green chillies
- •½ tsp Red chili powder
- •¼ tsp Black pepper powder
- •Garam masala powder- few pinch
Method
- 1Combine all of the ingredients listed under “ filling" in a bowl,adjust seasonings,keep aside
- 2In a large mixing dish, combine the oat flour, wheat flour, carom seeds, and oil and knead into a smooth and malleable dough using sufficient warm water.
- 3Cut the dough into eight equal pieces. Roll one portion of the dough into a chapati.
- 4Heat the pan or tawa over medium heat and cook the chapati until light golden spots emerge on both sides.
- 5Place some of the kabuli chana-curds-veggies filling on one side of the chapati.
- 6Roll it out and use a toothpick to hold the chapatti together. The delicious and healthy kabuli chana wrap is ready to eat.
- 7Note: You can also substitute the kabuli chana with paneer or tofu.

Kabuli chana is good source of protein among other vital nutrients.
Curd is a high-protein, low-carbohydrate food.
