Ingredients
- •1 cup Jowar puffs
- •½ cup Black dates (seedless)
- •½ cup Oats
- •¼ cup Makhana
- •1 tbsp Almonds
- •1 tbsp Walnuts
- •2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- •1 tbsp Dried black raisins
- •2 tbsp Peanut butter or butter
- •2-3 tbsp Honey
- •¼ Salt
Method
- 1Dry roast the oats, jowar puffs, oats, makhana, sesame seeds and nuts separately. Crush and keep aside.
- 2Grind the seedless dates in a food processor and keep aside.
- 3Heat butter on a low flame on a non stick pan, add all the ingredients and mix thoroughly to form an even mass
- 4Grease a tray or a thali with butter and pour the granola mixture onto it. Flatten it evenly with the back of a greased vati
- 5Sprinkle raisins on top and press them down
- 6Cover with a grease proof paper and set aside in the refrigerator for about 2 hours
- 7Cut out into even sized rectangles.
