Ingredients
- •1 cup Soya milk
- •1 cup Milk
- •1 tbsp Ragi malt-(Nachni satva)
- •½ tbsp Organic jaggery powder
- •2 tsp Garden-cress seeds (soaked in water for 7-10 minutes)
- •1 Cardamon or vanilla essence-few drops
- •1 tbsp Cocoa powder (optional)
- •2 tsp Almond slivers
Method
- 1Blend the ragi flour with soymilk and milk in a cooking pan
- 2Boil the mixture together for 5-7 minutes stirring continuously
- 3Add the soaked garden-cress seeds, cardamom powder/vanilla essence
- 4Add the jaggery, cocoa, almond slivers, mix well
- 5Serve hot
