Ingredients
- •¼ cup Roasted Peanuts
- •¼ cup Roasted Chana Daliya
- •½-¾ cup Curds
- •½ cup Coriander leaves, clean, wash, chop
- •2-3 Green chilies
- •1 tsp Sugar
- •1 tsp Lemon, juice
- •Salt- to taste
Method
- 1Grind the roasted peanuts and chana-dal Daliya to a powder,
- 2Add the coriander leaves, green chilies, salt, sugar and lemon juice
- 3Grind to a chutney consistency, add curds and blend well, taste and adjust seasonings
- 4Serve with any savory snack
