Ingredients
- •½ cup Oats
- •¼ cup Wheat flour
- •¼ cup Bajra flour
- •¼ cup Sugar
- •¼ cup Dark chocolate, grated
- •2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds, coarsely crushed
- •2 tbsp Cashewnuts/Almonds, chopped
- •Few pinches - Cinnamon/ Nutmeg Powder
- •4 drops Vanilla Essence
- •2-3 tbsp Cooking oil
Method
- 1Mix all the three flours.
- 2Heat oil in a deep non stick pan. Add the flours and roast on a very low flame for 5 – 7 minutes
- 3Add the chopped nuts, roasted seeds and cinnamon powder, put off the flame
- 4Mix in the powdered sugar and the grated chocolate
- 5Add the vanilla essence and blend well
- 6When almost cool, portion out into paper cups using a measuring tablespoon. Alternatively, shape into balls or pedhas. Sprinkle the crushed Pumpkin seeds on each.
- 7Refrigerate for 10 -15 mins before serving
