Clean, wash and blanch palak
Grind to a smooth paste the blanched palak and green chilli
In a large mixing bowl add the 2 flour, salt, ajwain powder and 1 tablespoon oil mix well
Knead the above mixture to a soft pliable dough with palak and green chilli puree, you may add water if needed
Apply 1 tbsp oil on your palms knead well
Keep aside covered in damp cloth
Blend the paneer well with chili powder garam masala powder salt add the grated cheese and mixed thoroughly.
Adjust seasoning
Make medium size ball of the palak dough
Make same number of balls of paneer mixture
Roll, cut each palak dough into a medium sized puri, place the ball of paneer and seal well into a circular shaped
Roll out the paratha gently using dry flour ensuring that the filling does not come out
When the palak is rolled out cook it on a hot tawa on both the sides applying a little oil cook well till done
Serve hot with raita and pickle
