Ingredients
- •1 cup Oats powder (you may use whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour)
- •3 tbsp Soya flour
- •½ tsp Ajwain (slightly roasted and powdered)
- •1-2 Green chilly
- •1 medium bunch Palak
- •Salt- to taste
- •2 tbsp Oil for making the parathas
- •½ cup Paneer - grated*
- •1 cube Cheese - grated
- •¼ tsp Chili powder
- •¼ tsp Garam masala
- •Salt- to taste
- •*Can use tofu in place of paneer
Method
- 1Clean, wash and blanch palak
- 2Grind to a smooth paste the blanched palak and green chilli
- 3In a large mixing bowl add the 2 flour, salt, ajwain powder and 1 tablespoon oil mix well
- 4Knead the above mixture to a soft pliable dough with palak and green chilli puree, you may add water if needed
- 5Apply 1 tbsp oil on your palms knead well
- 6Keep aside covered in damp cloth
- 7Blend the paneer well with chili powder garam masala powder salt add the grated cheese and mixed thoroughly.
