Ingredients
- •250 ml milk(1 tall glass)
- •1 tbsp Sugar or Honey -to taste, approx.
- •3 tbsp Sitaphal pulp* -(custard apple)
- •2 tsp Milk masala (optional, can add few pinches of cardamom pd if desired)
- •3-4 Blanched almonds for garnish
- •Bits of chopped fresh fruits or dry fruits can be used for garnish
- •* Can use banana or avocado or tender coconut malai
Method
- 1Blend all the Ingredients together in a blender except the garnish
- 2Serve in a deep bowl, garnished with fresh fruits or dry fruits of your choice
- 3May be served chilled if desired.
