Ingredients
- •1 cup Oats
- •1¼ cup Ripe papaya
- •2½ cup Milk
- •Sugar or Honey - to taste
- •2 tsp Soaked Garden cress seeds
Method
- 1Cook the powdered oats with ¾ cup of water and ¾ cups of milk for 2-3 minutes, cool
- 2Blend the peeled chopped ripe papaya with the cooled oats -milk mixture, sugar/honey and remaining milk in a blender
- 3Adjust the thickness to your liking
- 4Serve chilled or at normal room temperature after adding the soaked garden-cress seeds

This recipe has fiber content from oats and papaya whereas protein from milk making it a healthy and nutritious smoothie.
