Ingredients
- •1 tbsp Rava (Suji)
- •1½ cup Milk
- •1 tbsp Skimmed Milk Powder
- •1 cup Ripe Papaya
- •1 tbsp Almonds, powdered
- •1 tbsp Honey
- •1 tsp Chia seeds/Sabja , previously soaked in water
Method
- 1Roast the suji rava for a few minutes in a deep pan
- 2Add the milk and cook for a few minutes, cool
- 3Add to a liquidizer along with pieces of papaya, almond powder, honey and a few crushed ice cubes, blend well
- 4Mix in the soaked chia/sabja seeds
- 5Serve chilled in tall glass
