- •Tofu- 2 cup full (400gm)
- •Green peas- 1 cup (par-boiled)
- •Onion- 1 medium, chopped
- •Tomato- 2 medium chopped
- •Capsicum- ¼ cup, chopped
- •Green chili- 2, finely chopped
- •Ginger- garlic paste- 2 teaspoons
- •Coriander leaves- 2 tablespoon, chopped
- •Mint leaves- 1 tablespoon, chopped
- •Haldi powder- ¾ teaspoon

Chili powder- ½ teaspoon or to taste

BREAKFAST ROLL- VEG
Heat oil in a deep pan, add the chopped onions and saute till golden brown
Add the ginger-garlic paste, saute for a while, add the chopped tomatoes and the dry spices fry till the tomatoes turn pulpy
Add the crumbled tofu and par-boiled green peas, cover and simmer for a few minutes
Mix in the chopped green-chili, capsicum, coriander and mint leave
Add salt to taste, squeeze some lime and mix well
Use the filling to make “Missi roti roll” *
TO ASSEMBLE THE ROLL
Keep the missi-roti on a plate, place sufficient amount of the filling towards the end of the roti, spreading it well to both ends
Roll the missi-roti with the filling inside firmly and secure with a tooth-pick, you may add some tomato ketchup inside the roll if you desire
Serve with beverage of your choice

Mix in the chopped green-chili, capsicum, coriander and mint leave
Add salt to taste, squeeze some lime and mix well
