Ingredients
- •3 cup Curd
- •1½ cup Fresh pomegranate seeds
- •1 tbsp Crushed walnuts
- •1 tsp Black rock salt
- •Few pinches Plain salt
- •½ tsp Roasted jeera powder
- •½ tsp Crushed pepperpowder
- •2-3 tsp Castor sugar or honey
- •¾ - 1 tsp Flax seeds (optional)
Method
- 1Beat the curds well, add all the other Ingredients : and mix well.
- 2Adjust seasoning.
- 3Chill and serve with paratha or pulao
- 4Note: Can substitute pomegranate with chopped apple and 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- 5Chia seeds can be added in place of flax seeds
