Ingredients
- •1 cup Soya milk
- •3 cup Milk
- •4 tbsp Ragi malt (Nachni satva - 4 tablespoon)
- •4 tbsp Jaggery powder
- •2 tbsp Honey
- •2 tsp Garden-cress seeds (soaked in water for 7-10 minutes)
- •1 Cardamom (or vanilla essence-few drops)
- •4 tsp Almond slivers
- •4 tsp Chopped dates
Method
- 1Blend the ragi flour with soymilk and milk in a cooking pan
- 2Boil the mixture together for 5-7 minutes stirring continuously
- 3Add the soaked garden-cress seeds, cardamom pd/vanilla essence
- 4Put off the flame, stir in the honey
- 5Serve hot into bowls garnished with almond slivers and chopped dates
