Ingredients
- •1 cup Soya bean
- •½ cup Urad dal
- •½ cup Moong dal
- •½ cup Rice
- •½ cup Chana dal
- •1 tsp Methi seeds
- •2 tsp Ginger chilli paste
- •1 tsp Jeera
- •Salt- to taste
- •1 tsp Sugar
Method
- 1Soak soya bean in warm water overnight, drain, sprout
- 2Soak rice, moong dal and urad dal and Chana dalin water adding the methi seeds
- 3Grind the sprouted soya beans, rice, moong daland urad dal and Chana dal to a smooth paste
- 4Add ginger-chilli paste, jeera, salt and sugar,mix well, keep aside for 20-25 minutes
- 5Heat a no-stick pan, spread a ladle full of thebatter like a dosa, drizzle some oil on the sides, turn, cook till done
- 6Serve hot with chutney of your choice
- 7Note: finely chopped onions, coriander leaves and chilies can also be added to the dosa
