Ingredients
- •2 cups Mushrooms,sliced
- •4 Spring Onions
- •1 tbsp Bajra flour
- •1 cup Milk
- •4-6 Garlic flakes
- •4 tbsp Capsicum, finely chopped
- •½ tsp Pounded white pepper
- •2 tbsp Butter or Olive Oil
- •Salt- to taste
Method
- 1Chop the spring onion finely and keep aside the green part for garnish
- 2Heat butter or oil in a deep pan, add the chopped onion and sauté for 2 minutes
- 3Mix in the chopped garlic and mushroom, sauté till mushroom becomes soft an mushy
- 4Add 3 cups of water and cook well
- 5Cool and blend in a liquidizer
- 6In a deep non-stick pan, heat the butter/oil, add bajra flour and stir on a low flame for about a minute
- 7Gently add the milk and half a cup of water, whisk well, cook on a low flame for a couple of minutes, put off the flame
