Ingredients
- •2 cups Milk
- •1 cup Soya milk
- •2 medium Banana
- •2 tbsp Almonds powdered
- •2 tbsp Rajgira powder
- •Honey - to taste (approx. 2-3teaspoon)
- •2 tsp Chia seeds (previously soaked for 5 minutes in water (optional))
- •Nuts & raisins for garnish (optional)
Method
- 1Mix milk, Soya milk, in a cooking pan
- 2Add the rajgira powder, blend well and cook on low flame for 5 minutes, stirring it
- 3Add the almond powder and honey, stir
- 4Mix in the soaked chia seeds,
- 5Cook for a minute, put off the flame, check for sweetness, adjust it to taste
- 6Pour out in to a bowl, cool, serve topped with slices of banana, garnished with nuts and raisins.
- 7* Porridge can be served hot or cold. You may adjust the thickness of the porridge to your preference.
