Ingredients
- •½ cup Beetroot, peeled and grated
- •½ cup Carrot, peeled and grated
- •¼ cup American corn, boiled and crushed
- •¼ cup Boiled sweet potato
- •¼ cup Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese), crumbled
- •2 tbsp Cheese, grated
- •¼ cup Spinach leaves, finely chopped
- •½ cup Onion, chopped
- •1 inch Ginger, chopped
- •1 tsp Mixed herbs
- •2 tsp Red chilli flakes
- •1 tsp Black pepper powder
- •2 tbsp Oil
- •Salt- to taste
Method
- 1In a skillet, heat a little oil and add the ginger, Add the onions until they become transparent. Sauté the spinach and veggies until they are done.
- 2Add the paneer, salt, and all of the dried ingredients (mixed herbs, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder).
- 3Mix in the grated cheese. The mixture will become soft and sticky as a result of the cooking process. Turn off the heat.
- 4When the veg ball mixture has cooled, form them into finger-like shapes, flatten them down, and shallow fry them in a minimum amount of oil on a nonstick pan.
- 5The veggie-greens fingers can be fried in an air fryer
- 6Proceed with the rest of the mixture in the same manner. Serve hot with your favourite dip.
