Ingredients
- •2 ½ cup Whole wheat flour
- •¼ cup Soya flour
- •¼ cup Urad dal
- •¼ cup Moong dal
- •¼ cup Masur dal
- •1 tsp Crushed jeera
- •Hing- few pinches
- •2 tsp Sesame seeds
- •2-3 teaspoons + for drizzling Oil
- •Salt to taste
Method
- 1Soak dals for 15 minutes and pressure cook till well done
- 2Mash the dals well
- 3In a deep thali or bowl mix the whole wheat flour with soya flour, crushed jeera, hing, sesame seeds and salt
- 4Add the cooked dals and knead well to form a soft dough, apply oil on the dough and keep covered for 10 minutes
- 5Roll out into medium sized rotis
- 6Heat a griddle and roast the rotis on both the sides applying a little oil, cook well
- 7Serve hot with accompaniment of your choice
