Ingredients
- •- 2 Cup Boiled Whole wheat /millet macaroni
- •- 1/2 Cup Soya granules
- •- 4 medium Blanched chopped tomato
- •- 4 tbsp Boiled American corn
- •- 4 tbsp Finely chopped capsicum
- •- 2 Chopped onion
- •- 6-7 Cloves Grated garlic
- •- 2 stalk Chopped celery
- •- 3 tbsp Grated cheese
- •- I tbsp Oil
- •- I tbsp Butter
- •- 1 tsp Chili flakes or chili powder
- •- Salt- to taste
- •- 3 tbsp Hot and Sweet ketchup
- •- 3-4 pinch Ajwain
Method
- 1I) Heat oil and butter in a kadai
- 22) Add ajwain, onion, garlic and saute
- 33) WIIen onions are golden broml add the finely chopped blanched tomatoes
- 44) Cook for 8 to I O minutes till pulpy and smooth
- 55) Soak the soya granules in hot salted water for ten minutes, squeeze, and add to the sauted tomatoes
- 66) Add chopped capsicum and celery'
- 77) Add the corn, mix well
- 88) Add salt, chili flakes and boiled macaroni
