Ingredients
- •- 1/2 cup Rice flour
- •- 1/2 cup Ragi flour
- •- 3/4 cup Sprouted Moong or Green peas. parboiled
- •- 2-3 tbsp Spinach leaves, clean, wash and chop
- •- 3 tbsp Coriander leaves
- •- 1-2 Green chilies, finely chopped
- •- I inch piece Ginger
- •- 3-4 Garlic ,cloves ,grated
- •- 2 tsp Sesame seeds
- •- 2-3 tsp Chili sauce or to taste
- •- Pounded pepper- few pinches
- •- Salt-to taste
- •- 2 tsp Oil
- •- Lemon-few drops
Method
- 11) Heat 1 1/4 cup water in a pan, add 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp oil to it.
- 22) When water stans boiling, shoot in the rice flour and Ragi flour mixture, stir quickly. Put a lid and keep aside to cool.
- 33) Heat oil in a Kadhai, add the, ginger, garlic, green chili and sesame seeds.
- 44) Add the chopped palak leaves and sauté for 2 mins
- 55) Add the parboiled sprouted moong or green peas, schezwan sauce and mix well.
- 66) Add the coriander leaves, sugar and salt.
- 77) Mix well, squeeze in a little lemon.
