Steps A
I) Mix the Ragi flour, Rice flour and Soya flour, add flax seeds and keep aside
2) In a thick bottom vessel, heat the water along with the oil, salt and cmshed green peas
3) it staffs boiling add the ginger-chili paste
4) Shoot in the mixed flours, mix well and place a lid on top
5) After ten minutes, when the dough is moderately hot transfer it on to a big plate
6) Grease palms with oil and knead the dough. Make even sized medium balls
7) Place on a greased plate in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes
For Vaghar
1) Heat oil in a non-stick kadhai, add the mustard seeds, when they crackle, add the urad dal, red chilies, sesame seeds, Hing, and curry leaves
2) Add the crushed peanuts and the steamed balls
3) Saute, cover and keep on a very low flame for a few minutes
4) Add the chopped coriander leaves and scraped coconut after putting off the flame
5) Add a dash of lime, adjust the seasoning and serve hot by itself or with rasam, chutney or seasoned curds or TAN'BOLI
